The file fits, but the form rejects it
Check the receiving form's accepted format, exact dimensions and any minimum file size. Make sure you selected the new download instead of the camera original. Follow the upload troubleshooting guide for a step-by-step check.
The image looks too small or soft
A tight byte limit may require fewer pixels. Start from your best original and use a larger allowance only if your form permits it. See actual downloads at 20, 50, 100 and 500 KB to understand the trade-offs.
The target cannot be reached
Exact pixels, minimum dimensions and a byte range can conflict. Review the error, check whether every constraint is required, and choose JPEG for a photograph if the destination accepts it. The tool will not mark an oversized file as successful or add padding to satisfy a minimum.
A file will not open or processing stops
Try one image first and check that it opens on your device. Each input must be within 50 MB, and very large pixel dimensions may exceed the processing limit. HEIC needs an extra decoder from this site, so allow that download to finish. Save completed results before refreshing the page or trying another browser.
